Terms & Conditions
The following are Terms and Conditions for any service provided by Paws in Line.

Safety
Paws in Line will strive to provide a space environment for your dog however all walks are completed in areas open to public and therefore Paws in Line is not responsible for any injuries sustained from nature e.g cuts from oysters, sticks etc.

Paws in Line will take care in ensuring all pack walk dogs are carefully matched and introduced however Paws in Line is not responsible for any injuries sustained from play with other dogs or from incidences with other dogs.
​
Paws in Line will provide a vehicle for transport that has a current WOF and Registration. Dogs will be kept in the back seat and boot area of the car and will not be left unattended for periods longer than 5 minutes while in the car. Paws in Line is not responsible for any injury sustained from a motor vehicle accident or from a pedestrian.

Paws in Line is not responsible for any injuries that your dog may do to another animal. This will be your responsibility as the owner.

Social Media
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are allowing Paws in Line to take photos and video footage of your dog and for this to be used on the website and any social media of choosing. This media may be used in future marketing for the business.

Copies of the media can be made and shared with the owner on request made by the owner.
​
Equipment
Paws in Line will provide slip leads, treats and poo disposal bags while completing a service.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that your dog will be tethered to Paws in Line using a slip lead. If additional equipment like a muzzle is required this will be discussed between Paws in Line and the owner and it is the owners responsibility to provide this equipment.

Vaccinations and Council Registration
The owner must provide copies of the dogs vaccination book showing proof of Kennel Cough, Parvovirus and Lepto shots all being up to date. The owners understands that no services will be provided by Paws in Line without this evidence.

The owner must ensure the dog is up to date with council registration and that the current years tag is attached to the dogs collar and the collar is on the dog when being collected for a service being provided by Paws in Line. The owner understands that the service will be cancelled for the day if their council tag is not provided.
​
Home Privacy
Paws in Line will require access to the home to collect dog/s for their walk and/or training. Paws in Line will respect your home and not touch or take anything nor wander through the house other than to look for the dog.
​
If access needs to be gained with no owner at home then Paws in Line need to be provided with a spare key or door code for access.
​
Should you choose to leave the property unlocked it is not the responsibility of Paws in Line to ensure that your home is safe and protected from thief's.

Contact Privacy
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you understand that your information has been saved on file for Paws in Line. You will be included in email newsletters which can be unsubscribed from.
​
Your private information will not be intentionally shared with the public. Paws in Line is not responsible if there is a security breach online and your information is shared however will endeavor to use safe websites and store data offline as much as possible.
